The CEO of Cenovus, one of Canada's largest oil and gas producers, has criticized the Liberal government for actively harming Canada's economic potential. It's clear that the Liberals have failed to develop our resources in a meaningful way. Mark Carney needs to get out of the way so that Canada can build!

Jon McKenzie, CEO of Cenovus, came out swinging on their Q1 conference call today. Great to see CEO's becoming more vocal about our squandered opportunity! To summarize: no other oil producing country is doing this to themselves...time for Canada to wake up!

Gas is nearly $2 a litre in NB, but Liberals are still gouging struggling families by charging GST on their gas taxes in addition to the cost of fuel. New Brunswickers are not the government’s piggy bank. Canadians have been overtaxed by this Liberal government for far too long.

Liberals are pulling out all the stops to silence opposition and avoid accountability for the consequences that Liberal laws have had on our country. But Canadians deserve to know the truth, and we'll never stop fighting for answers and solutions that actually make life better.

From cost-of-living, violent crime, national debt to healthcare wait times, Canada has been trending in the wrong direction for over 10 years. It’s difficult to believe the same people whose policies led to a lost decade could now be trusted to undo the damage that they caused.

I strongly urge the Government of New Brunswick to collaborate with the volunteer Board of Directors of Cape Enrage Interpretive Center to find a solution to secure the support needed to reopen this iconic landmark and critical part of tourism in Albert County.
Rob Moore@RobMoore_CPC

News regarding the closure of Cape Enrage from a lack of support from the Government of New Brunswick is deeply concerning. Cape Enrage has long been a cornerstone of our region, attracting 20k to 25k visitors annually, and as many as 45k.

Mark Carney is failing young Canadians! With an unemployment rate of over 14%, too many young Canadians can’t find work. Only Conservatives will tackle the crisis of youth unemployment so young Canadians can build a life!

The reason Prime Minister Carney hides from Question Period is that as soon as he faces a tough question, his terrible record of higher costs, debt, crime, and joblessness becomes obvious. The illusion collides with reality.

Firefighters are a critical lifeline. It was great to have Jeremy Quillian, Saul Boudreau, Andrew Beale and Nathan Ashfield take time to meet on Parliament Hill to discuss the vital work carried out by first responders and ensuring that this work is supported at the federal level

Unbelievable new RBC report: Between 2015-2024, more than $1 trillion in investment exited Canada, making it the largest capital exodus in Canadian history. This is the record of the Liberal government under Justin Trudeau and Mark Carney.

Liberals are protecting the massive windfall they collect from GST on higher fuel costs instead of delivering real relief at the pumps. Overtaxed Canadians are being squeezed by Liberal policies like the clean fuel standard and industrial carbon tax. Enough is enough.

Who knew forced confiscation, under false pretences of public safety, amidst widespread rejection from anybody in law-enforcement, piled upon generational waste from previous liberal governments, compounded by a complete lack of understanding of firearms ownership and firearms owners by Liberal MPs could lead to such bungled policy delivery. About 2 1/2 million of us.

Liberals don't want to cut fuel taxes because they collect more HST on higher gas prices. We could save the average family of 4 more than $1200 in 2026 by cutting taxes on gas & diesel for the rest of the year & eliminating the Liberal's fuel standard and industrial carbon tax.

New Brunswickers need a break from the skyrocketing prices at the pump. Conservatives are calling on the Liberals to eliminate all federal taxes on gas and diesel for the rest of 2026. This is the right thing to do to deliver some relief to families struggling to make ends meet.

The Carney Liberals have given Canada the worst housing costs in the G7, and a year after promising to double homebuilding, the Prime Minister’s own agency says it's expected to collapse up to 18%. Three years ago I proposed axing all taxes on all home purchases and incentivizing cuts to development charges. We need results not rhetoric.
