Sounds like a scam for Black Rock and other billionaires to discreetly buy everything. Under the guise of protecting tenants landlords with be forced to sell. Say good bye to private ownership. A FREE market regulated by supply and demand is all that’s needed but the serfs will empower the land barons who will dictate every aspect of their lives.
