My anger and rage was out of control and destructive for years. It was also self destructive and damaging to my relationships. Unhealed anger and suppressed anger is a loose canon that inevitably causes harm. Healed anger, aka warrior energy, can work miracles in your life.

Yet as you point out, there are graces at work: divine timing, human free will, and the soul's lessons in this schoolhouse of life. God's Love is the root, and even the destruction of old structures (the temple) serves the raising of something higher. July 2026 and the Barbault Basket feel like an important tipping point in that rebuilding, whether in three literal days or three prophetic days. The effects of this major transit pattern will take time to fully materialize, for sure. Nothing is instant in these long cycles.

@robotothemagi I see this as Truth. I personally believe there are graces granted for future predictions that take into account all of the factors that govern the universe. The pattern is written: "I will destroy the temple and raise it up in three days" A day is as a thousand years to God.

Thank you for sharing and for the congrats! I've studied quite a bit of Jung and have long been drawn to shadow work. However, I ended up stalling on that path. It felt hard to make practical in isolation, and it was quite painful at times. Your suggestion to explore IFS has been really helpful. From what I've read so far, it seems like an excellent and complementary framework for doing shadow work in a more structured and compassionate way. I'm excited to dive in deeper. Thanks again for pointing me toward it! I've also had meaningful success with Bowen family systems theory, particularly self-differentiation work (like what Jerry Wise teaches). IFS feels like it pairs beautifully with that approach as well.

@robotothemagi Congrats on being aware of that! Awareness is half the battle! Jungian Shadow Work might be helpful for you. It can be done as a self help project, using workbooks. IFS trauma therapy can also be helpful because it works with and heals inner parts.

Your rational mind can list every single act of cruelty, betrayal, and gaslighting they inflicted upon you, yet your body screams for their proximity. You might feel a sickening tightness in your chest, an inability to sleep, or a frantic, compulsive urge to break contact just to hear their voice. If you do not understand the neurobiology of trauma, this internal conflict will breed immense shame. You will judge yourself as weak, foolish, or broken. But what you are experiencing is not a sign of love, nor is it a reflection of your character; it is a literal, biological withdrawal state. Narcissistic relationships operate on an erratic schedule of intermittent reinforcement, the exact psychological mechanism behind the addictiveness of slot machines. The relationship is a exhausting loop of intense highs (the euphoric love-bombing, the passionate make-ups, the addictive validation) followed by devastating lows (the sudden devaluations, the cold shoulders, the threats of abandonment). This extreme fluctuation flood your brain with massive spikes of dopamine during the good times, and a cascade of cortisol and adrenaline during the bad times. Over time, your nervous system becomes deeply addicted to this chemical rollercoaster. When you finally break away and step off the ride, your body plunges into a state of acute neurochemical deprivation. Your brain treats the sudden absence of the narcissist exactly like an addict missing a drug. The overwhelming urge to send a text or pick up the phone is not a soulful confirmation that they are your soulmate; it is a physical craving for a hit of dopamine to regulate your somatic panic. Healing this trauma bond requires changing how you view your daily suffering. • When the desperate impulse to reach out hits you, pause and label it accurately. Treat the urge as a biological craving and tell your nervous system: "My heart does not miss them. My brain is simply craving a hit of dopamine to fix this cortisol spike." • A nervous system conditioned by chronic chaos will initially misinterpret genuine safety as boring, dead, or empty. Learn to tolerate boring peace. Healing requires sitting through that flat boredom without seeking a toxic hit of adrenaline to feel alive. Your body is not broken. It is just detoxing from a poison it was trained to rely on. Give it time to flush the chemicals out.

How to remain conscious during sleep: Most people think the answer is lucid dreaming. But you do not become conscious at night by practicing at night. You become conscious at night by transforming how you live during the day. According to Dr Steiner, every evening your physical body rests while your soul continues its activity in the spiritual world. The question isn't whether anything happens during sleep — it always does. The question is whether you've prepared yourself to participate consciously. The foundation isn't technique. It's character. Steiner taught that only moral qualities truly accompany us through sleep. Knowledge, opinions, and sensory impressions fade - but self-control, equanimity, positivity, discipline, and inner harmony become living forces within the soul. This is why his Six Basic Exercises are the cornerstone of spiritual development. Meditation is the second pillar. Because meditation strengthens the very faculty of consciousness itself.
