Bad buzz. Gardaí in Cork City pulled in the two teenagers that were travelling on this e-scooter in the middle of a main, public road this afternoon. It was seized and the owner given a €100 fine - €50 for carrying a passenger and €50 for having a seat on it. #SaferRoads
