@EPLBible The problem for the ref is that the Maguire incident in the same game was exactly the same type of challenge and in that case he gave a penalty. So, he was basically interpreting rules differently depending on who it benefitted. That's just bias, pure and simple.

@UTDRico8 There's a popular narrative amongst fans of other teams that #MUFC get lots of soft decisions. But that's a cliched trope not based on reality. The truth is most refs are scared stiff of being seen to do Utd favours and they over compensate the other way. This is a prime example.

@MUFC__Prince You can't dismiss the impact that refereeing decisions have on the mentality of players and how the game pans out. #MUFC should have gone 2 goals ahead and that's a different game. The decisions gave Bournemouth encouragement and confidence, and it had the opposite impact on Utd.

Now that everyone’s calmed down, let’s be honest about last night. Manchester United dropped points against Bournemouth and people will blame the referee. Ignore that. Bournemouth outplayed us for most part of the game. More intensity, more structure, more of a team. We looked exactly the same - sit back, play in transitions, rely on set pieces, can't press properly and hope individuals bail us out. That’s not bad luck. That’s coaching. We have better players. They have a better team. And that’s on Michael Carrick. He cannot be our manager next season.

@utdreport It puzzles me how a team like Bournemouth are still playing 100 mph football and a high intensity press in the 89th minute of a PL game. The penalty decisions don't puzzle me as that ref simply applies rules differently depending on who it benefits. #MUFC

@Footballtweet Whether you think this is or isn't a penalty, you can't not give this and then give the one against Maguire, as they're practically the same. Refs can't apply the rules differently depending upon who it benefits.

@utdreport There's simply no difference between the challenge on Amad and what Maguire did. That one was ignored to allow a Bournemouth goal, and one was a penalty and a red card, tells you everything you need to know about officiating in #MUFC games.

@utdreport Its bad enough that goalies always become unbeatable against us, but why do #MUFC keep hitting long balls to players that often don't even compete for the header, let alone look like they might win it. All it does is give away possession.

@SpyHards For me no one single Bond film is perfect, but there are iconic Bond moments in each film. A great example is the stunt in Octopussy, where Bond slides down the banister whilst firing a machine gun. Another is the water skiing getaway sequence in License to Kill.

@Utdbeni Amorim's tenure as #MUFC boss was a total car crash. The only delusional thing is claiming it was a success because he got less injuries, and conveniently forgetting how bad the football was.

Amorims fitness program was the best we had and his rotation system to maintain players fitness was the best and now we’ve had two injuries in 3games. Important players have been lost while we are fighting for top 4, Yet the delusional fans will say “but he finished 15th.”😭

@Utdbeni Ten Hag finished 3rd in his first season. Sacking him and bringing a coach that had no experience of the league was a risk that backfired. Doing the same with Carrick is the same risk, and an unnecessary one. If he's winning, just let him carry on. #MUFC

Rivals would be so excited to see Man United get CL football and Carrick get the permanent job. His “style” is predictable and basic like Ole and the players can’t handle playing 2 games a week from what I have seen so far. We should move for Nagelsmann or Enrique in the summer.

@TheWavyRed Zirkzee looks lost. He simply doesn't impact the game at all, even when he comes on late against a tired defence. I'd honestly much prefer Carrick gave minutes to Shea Lacey or Chido Obi. #MUFC

@Utdbeni Amorim deserves criticism for the way he spoke about Rashford. He trashed him in public to get him out of the club. But the main reason fans don't like Amorim is because he produced rubbish football and didn't win enough games to be competitive. #MUFC

Amorim getting rid of Rashford and going after other spoiled Carrington graduates like Garnacho and Mainoo brought him the kind of enemies he has in the fanbase today, it has nothing to do with his 3 back formation or tactics.

@UTDFondre Its weird that so much vitriol and abuse of Rashford is based upon such minor misdemeanours. I think some #MUFC fans, including Amorim, just needed a symbolic figure to take down. There really is no justification for the treatment he receives, and no wonder he got fed up and left

Funny how standards suddenly change. • Marcus Rashford wouldn’t cut his wages, track back, or stay disciplined for Man United, but he’s ready to do all that for Barcelona. Man United weren’t the problem, they just enabled it. • He demanded a pay rise after scoring 30+ goals in a season, then dropped back into poor form the following campaign. • Rashford has single-handedly seen several good managers sacked, all because they asked him to be consistent and disciplined. • He rarely tracked back, often strolled through games, and despite repeated pleas from United to focus on the basics, nothing changed. • He showed up late to training, and acted completely unprofessional, yet somehow always got away with it. • He blamed his decline on different managers and tactical systems, claiming he was often left in “no man’s land.” • Have you ever heard of Rashford reporting late to training or stirring media controversy since moving toward Barcelona? • United were labelled the problem but in reality, they have long been enablers of this culture. • If you back me good. If you doubt me, even better. The words of Marcus Rashford.

🚨 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘: Marcus Rashford agreed to GIVE UP a significant portion of his salary to join Barcelona on a permanent deal, with multiple sources confirming Barça are set to trigger his 30m buy-option clause. Rashford is fully committed. He is in love with the club, the city, the coaching staff, and the dressing room. He ONLY wanted Barça.

@UTDFondre Rashford isn't perfect, but once he became a target and people realised that the combination of his name and criticism guaranteed clicks and views, it went out of control. No player has his faults blown out of proportion so much, or endures the level of toxic abuse he does #MUFC

@SimplyUtd I knew Everton would think that, based upon the amount of corners they had. But they played pub team tactics. Picking all the big lads, kicking lumps out of #MUFC, playing for corners and then trying to bludgeon the ball into the net along with our keeper. It was awful football.

@DeadlineDayLive @JacobsBen #MUFC seem to specialise in wasting money on players. Giving Rashford away for next to nothing and then paying a big fee for Gordon would be typical of INEOS. Downgrading in player and losing a fortune in the process.
