@inhisserviceat1@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM If you need evidence of any of that, 3 masters degrees down here will totally not provide any. Instead he contradicts himself because everything he is saying is not some widespread conspiracy against white men. He just wasn't as qualified and he can't admit it.
@Tractavi@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM Are Black & Brown customers of your company⁉️ We want equal representation. There's absolutely no doubt that there are qualified minorities for every position in America we want to make sure they have the opportunities to get the job, an equal income as well.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM You’re contradicting yourself.
First it’s “there’s tons of data,” now it’s “we can’t have data because it’s hidden.” It can’t be both.
Someone with 3 masters degrees should know you can't have "tons of data" while 'they hide the data".
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM "there would be data" there is, you ignore it. It's been presented in the Supreme Court and federal courts for decades you jackass.
But also, no. Crime inhibits effective data collection.
E.g. percentage of gang shootings committed while under influence. We have no idea.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM Telling people to “Google it” isn’t evidence, it’s outsourcing so you don't have to even try to verify your argument. Lazy for someone with "masters degrees".
If you had clear, controlled data proving your claim, you would’ve posted it by now. This is boring now. Do better.
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM Please google each company and "racial quotas," "DEI," "Racial equity," "Discrimination lawsuit" etc.
Spend a second joining those of us that have followed events in the last 60 years.
Maybe check out all the college discrimination lawsuits. There are many with great data.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM So your argument is: there’s widespread illegal discrimination, but no reliable data because everyone is hiding it? Ok, glad those masters are paying off. How do we ever find out about "law breaking" entities if the data isn't provided.
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM "there should be controlled data showing it"
The firms in question don't release data of their law-breaking. Universities, the biggest objective culprits, aren't interested in researching it (especially as they are massively left-wing).
You don't know how to think effectively.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM This means literally nothing to me? Is this the piece you are talking about that literally show diversity shifts after 2020, not “anti-white discrimination,” and it didn’t control for applicant pools, roles, or qualifications. bloomberg.com/graphics/2023-…
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM I have 3 masters from UIUC with honors, so your fantasy hypothetical doesn't quite land.
There is data. Bloomberg released a piece showing almost all new hiring after BLM was not white men. Poor analysis but nevertheless.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM Why are you not giving me sources? WHERE IS THE DATA? Listing companies isn’t evidence, it’s still just claims. What are you not understanding my guy, it is ok to be wrong. The data does NOT support you, please go create your own if this is so widespread.
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM The list of companies I just named, which all explicitly discriminated against whites, impacts a statistically significant number of jobs.
Add in Chicago's government contract quota criteria (explicit on website), CPS (same), Meta, Target, IBM, Hollywood union productions.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM Right now it just seems like someone whose skin color doesn't match yours had more qualifications and instead of improving yourself you just turn to being a racist bigot. Do better. If it is happening large scale, there would be data. Sorry.
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM Not collecting data on something does not negate it's existence.
No one who observes reality can deny this trend. I could produce a statistically significant number of examples within minutes, based on the number of jobs affected by each firm declaring discriminatory intent.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM An anecdote = a personal story or single example used as “proof.” You are literally telling me you don't know what it means so I figured this might help. You are not improving the argument with your replies. lol
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM And the data supports my argument... decades of open discrimination by colleges, where the data was released, every school showed massive black preference.
Openly acknowledge by SCOTUS for decades.
You're so wildly ignorant it's insane.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM If positions were actually “reserved,” that’s either a misunderstanding or a compliance program (like outreach or diversity goals), not blanket exclusion.
Also, one company’s policyisn’t proof of a nationwide pattern. That’s an anecdote, not evidence. Anecdotes are NOT DATA!
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM The company I work at had positions explicitly reserved for non-whites. In writing, in the public job posting.
This was common for years.
You are denying reality, while linking things you don't understand that deliberately ignore the most important variables.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM Anecdotes aren’t data!!!!
And posting admissions charts without context doesn’t prove “reverse discrimination”, it ignores access, pipeline, and systemic gaps that exist. If your company had spec
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM You didn't read this, nor do you understand it.
It is based on outcome data, presuming all applicants are equally qualified.
You are extremely detached from reality.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM No one said that. You’re arguing against a point nobody made. Acknowledging inequality exists isn’t the same as saying people are entitled to control someone else’s invention. Do you just say words until something sticks.
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM The premise that inequality is bad is the premise that if someone somewhere invents something, everyone is instantly entitled to not only own it, but control it.
Idiocy.
@Tractavi@ArtCandee@StephenM ANES measures opinions, not hiring or economic outcomes. When you actually test bias (identical resumes, same qualifications - per my sites I actually showed), white applicants still get more callbacks.
So no, the data doesn’t say what you think it does. Try harder...
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM Please view the ANES studies conducted annually. Considered the gold standard in social statistics, which shows massive racial preference exhibited by everyone but whites in aggregate.
Inequality resulted from innovation, behavior, culture.
@robyn529@ArtCandee@StephenM Objectively white people are the least like to show race preference in hiring, promotions, jury decisions and voting. Statistically overwhelming evidence.
Blacks and hispanics explicitly vote based on race.
We have no racial privileges for whites, we have 1000s for non-whites.
