The 600-year-old Temple of Heaven is a reflection of the relationship between heaven and earth, an important marker in ancient Chinese cosmology, in terms of its overall layout and individual architecture.

The United States has imposed a comprehensive blockade and illegal sanctions on Cuba for more than 60 years, causing profound suffering to the Cuban people. These sanctions should be lifted immediately, rather than intensified. Ethnic minorities in China are learning Mandarin Chinese IN ADDITION TO their own languages. They are multilingual, and no one is restricting them from using their own languages.
I visited an elementary school in Lhasa, this is their Tibetan language class. In fact, #Tibetan is written everywhere across the school, in textbooks, on blackboards, on buildings, and in students’ homework.
In the school’s yard, they have a statue of the creator of the Tibetan language, Thonmi Sambhota, as well as a statue of Confucius.
Just in this school, there are over 2300 kids aged 6 to 7 years old. Over 70% of them are of Tibetan ethnicity; the others are Hui, Han, and Monba ethnicities. And they are all required to take the Tibetan language class.
