Meet our new Motorcycle Officer Braylen Biotti. He was the winner of lunch with a cop from The Brooklands Elementary School fundraiser. He checked out the police motorcycle with Ofc Kahrs & took an ATV ride with Ofc. Chisholm. We had a great pizza lunch with him, his sister & mom

Today is the final day in Washington DC for our Motor Officers. Today they participated in Peace Officer Memorial Day services at the capital. They will be heading home tomorrow morning. We thank them for a job well done representing our department.

Today our Ofc’s met with surviving children of fallen officers. The motorcycle Ofc’s handed out bags of RPD goodies. Sadly there were over 200 kids hosted at the FBI Academy. This is always an emotional day for the motor Ofc’s. We are honored to be there to support these kids.

It is National Police Week with Sun. being Police Officers Memorial Day. Ofc Kahrs & Ofc. Dusovic are representing RPD in Wash. DC. They will be providing motor escort duties for families of fallen officers. The fallen officers will be honored during ceremonies held this week.

A huge thank you to everyone who restocks the Freedge. Mother Hubbard’s Cupboards was looking a little bare. We took our turn filling it up. So happy this service is here for those in need. Remember leave what you can and take what you need. #freedge #freefreege

In talking to K-9 Kitt recently. He mentioned seeing a lot of posts about Walter & Pearl. He asked for some equal time. Here Is Kitt locating a bag of narcotics on the top of the door during training. He keeps barking until Ofc. Knight gives him the reward for finding the prize.
