NEW: Murder charge stands against man who killed 11-year-old boy in Las Vegas road-rage shooting A Clark County judge ruled Tuesday that the murder charge against 23-year-old Tyler Matthew Johns will stand. Johns is accused of firing a single shot into another vehicle during a road-rage incident on the 215 Beltway in November 2025, killing 11-year-old Brandon Dominguez-Chavarria. Johns told police he did not know a child was in the back seat. Prosecutors are pursuing the case under an open murder charge that includes a child-abuse felony murder theory.
