OFNL are performing essential upgrades to their core network between the hours of 01:00 and 06:00 on Tuesday 26-08-2025. Customers may experience an interruption to services for up to 2 hours during this time. Please do not reset your equipment during this period.

An impressive day on the network yesterday saw over 307TB of Fortnite downloads. The single biggest download surpassing COD just the other week. #Fortnite #rocketfibre

We are seeing a large amount of sites coming back one. If you continue to have problems please open a ticket in the normal fashion.

@JessLeighA The setup fee is dependent on the product you are trying to sign upto. If you can let us know which product we can advise further. Looking at the website it was mistake on a certain product set that has been amended

looking at one of the few fibre broadband companies my new house and @rocketfibreuk just looks like a scam in all honestly, what even is this? 🥺

Works have now completed and will monitor for stability. We have noticed a lot of planned works on the OFNL network, live at this current time so will keep our monitoring window open longer than normal to ensure no services are impacted by tonight’s work.

@chrisgilson @MaxRoseeee @DanCook94 Hi All - We have been dealing with OFNL regarding this issue that has affected around 20 sites. Although we are seeing connections are back stable we will be performing some maintenance in the early hours of the morning to clear out any stale errors that have developed today.
