Starting the day at Bouldr Bar the new @rockleopardbrewing tap room. Situated on a nice square with only outside seating at mo. More development to come means a revisit in the not too distant future. The pils is quite nice and the boys (& girl😂) are happy to be here

Including a six month old beer conditioned on chuckleberry. A two year old beer conditioned on sour cherry and gooseberry and a six year old beer conditioned on raspberry. Allegens: Wheat, Barley, Oats, Gluten

We Must Love Or Stars Will Fall  Blended Barrel Aged Sour  7% ABV  We are more than excited to finally be able to present to you again this delicate and decadent blend of red wine barrel aged beer.

OUT NOW - SHOEGAZE is a Superdelic IPA brewed with our pals at @rockleopardbrew. Low in bitterness and full of ethereal haze, we’ve dry-hopped using only Superdelic to give red berries, citrus, tropical fruit and cotton candy.

Both beers will be available on our webstore from Monday 11th December and selected pubs and bottle shops.

NOISEPOP NECTARON IPA 5.2% NOISEPOP is another New England style hazy IPA. This time, we used Nectaron Hops, which is busting with huge notes of pineapple, passionfruit, stone fruit and citrus.

Shoegaze is a New England style hazy IPA with low bitterness and dry-hopped to the brim using only Superdelic (a new hop variety with very limited availability) to give delicious notes of berries, citrus, tropical fruit and cotton candy.

Not just one but two, two collaboration beers with our friends @barneysbeer.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Northern Monk and Rock Leopard have combined West African and Caribbean flavours in a big flavoursome 7% stout, spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel, before letting it rest on coconut and rum barrel oak chips. Available for delivery, Click & Collect, or over the counter.
