Jean Grey is their most dangerous prisoner. The Hand (confirmed in Brand New Day) is working WITH the DODC to: • Provide mystical containment for Jean's powers • Experiment on mutant DNA for their resurrection rituals • Use Jean's telepathy to locate other mutants Jean strapped to a chair in a hidden facility - Metal restraints (The Hand uses enchanted metals) - Constant monitoring equipment Walls lifting = facility breach Peter Parker is going through his own mutation (organic webbing, cocooning).
