Question of the day: With gas hitting $2.49/L (roughly over $8/gallon) in parts of Canada, despite sitting on some of the largest oil reserves on earth, who is really to blame?

Donald Trump is at the lowest net rating ever for a US President. Mark Carney is currently the highest rated PM in Canadian History. Thank God Canada sees reality, and isn't falling for the absolute bullshit and misinformation being constantly spewed out. I'm very proud of my fellow Canadians!
FactPost@factpostnews

Harry Enten: Trump has reached the lowest net approval rating ever for a President of the United States. The lowest previous record was when Trump was 24 points underwater in term one. He is now 25 points underwater.

"Grift?" PMMC is one of the hardest working PMs every, and that includes two world wars...

#BREAKING: Bag lady Diana Carney is never seen in Canada and only appears when husband and Grifter Mark Carney travels the world paid for by Canadian taxpayers. Shameless Carney's spent $524,815 thousand dollars on in-flight food from March 2025 to February 2026 on 28 trips.

'...opting to blame Trump..." There is no option. His foolhardy foray into Iran is the sole cause of high gas prices. And even if Canada had an oversupply of refined product, why would the owners of that product sell it for less than world prices?
Eric St-Pierre@EricRStPierre

It's wild that despite a decade of campaigning on anti-oil propaganda, that Liberal supporters are opting to blame Trump for high gas prices. Donald Trump didn't shut down refineries and cancel energy projects, the Liberals did. Canadians are reaping what they've sowed.
