Hay un límite claro: deja de serlo cuando no es bienvenida y aun así se repite, cuando aprovecha la jerarquía para insinuar o incomodar, o cuando afecta el ambiente laboral. Una mirada aislada puede ser ambigua; la insistencia, la incomodidad evidente y el desequilibrio de poder ya no lo son. Ahí no hay personalidad: hay acoso.
