@totalBarca He did what he came for. It doesn’t matter if he referees again or not. They do this every time. Find one referee to punish Barcelona and then act surprised when he does what he was told to do. Same thing last season
English

@BouafifNour We can beat them if the refereeing is consistently fair for 90 mins. And they know it. The only way to beat us is by constantly fouling our players to stop plays. If the referee does not sanction them and let them run amok, we lose by 3 or 4 goals
English

2-0 is nowhere near an impossible result to come back from. In fact, it’s one of the trickiest leads in football, it gives a false sense of comfort, but everything can change with just one goal.
The problem is that we’re playing away, in a very tough stadium, and that’s what makes this comeback harder than a usual two-goal deficit. But if we look back at last season, we came back in this exact same stadium from the same scoreline in less than 30 minutes.
Also against Inter, even though we ended up bottling it, we still turned a 2-0 loss into a 3-2 lead at the Giuseppe Meazza. We’ve done it at Benfica’s stadium too. So I don’t see why we can’t do it again now.
Yes, last season felt different, but this is basically the same team, the same players, same coach. Why can’t we show that same mentality again? I genuinely believe we can do it, this tie is far from over.

English

@BouafifNour If the same refereeing style is applied, we will not qualify. You have to understand that when the opponent gets away with fouls and is not properly sanctioned, while you get sanctioned for basically the same fouls, they become bold and while you demoralize and lose hope
English

@tygarii @ab_jaliil I am starting to believe that there is. There is no coincidence that the same type of refereeing is used against us two seasons in a row. Something else is happening. And if by any miracle we go past Atletico, the same type of refereeing “mistakes” will be made in the next round
English

Was there some kind of European-wide agreement to keep Barça from ever touching the Champions League again? Yes, our players make poor decisions at times, but even when they don’t, the referees seem to allow opponents to get away with things that would be an automatic red card if it were Barça. It’s starting to feel like a pattern, and we need to look at it as such
English

@b_octy @MagicOfBarca I disagree. Ferran of last season, yes. Bit this season’s Ferran has not been good at all. Look at all the big games in started, esp against Chelsea or PSG
English

@MagicOfBarca Lewa doesn’t have to start this game. Ferran could have been a better option cos of the pressing in the first half and etc. then sub in Lewa if we need a crucial goal like he always does but flick bro 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
English

@MagicOfBarca Flick knows that referees are always against us in big games and yet he never has a plan for that. Other teams play aggressively and are rarely punished. However, we get punished for silly mistakes. But Flick needs to adapt, knowing this
English

@MagicOfBarca Lewa and Ferran, as well as Rashford, do not capitalize in the fact that Yamal is being guarded and this frees them. They will all be watching Yamal play, expecting his crosses but doing nothjng to capitalize in bejng free.
English

@MagicOfBarca Our players know there would be 3 or 4 defenders on Yamal, yet they never capitalize on that.
English

The only blame i have for him and the players is that they shoild know better. They know that referees will be against them, that the other team will get away with a lot of fouls not being called but they never play with a plan for that. Our players do not protect Yamal
Monzi [cvg]@MagicOfBarca
Anyone blaming flick for this loss isn’t a very bright individual.
English

@UNIVERSO_1899 Deco will say that we have Ferran Torres. We have been asking for a striker since last season but he acted like he knows better
English

@TheDominionPost @Joseph_Inyang The title of the movie in the clip is the Apple TV+ series **See** (starring Jason Momoa as Baba Voss). It's a post-apocalyptic tribal drama set in a world where everyone is blind, with the exact fur-clad warrior scenes, river raft, and forest action shown here.
English

@BimboOmobolade @tygarii Although they were leading by 1, the game felt like it was gonna end in a 2 or 3 goal difference. It’s only when Sydney scored the third goal that i felt they became relaxed.
English

@AreYouGod32 @shugarbreaddd_ Last season, Lewa was top goalscorer in laliga until the last few games when he got injured snd lost it to Mbappe. Also Mbappe has played 2142 mins in laliga while lewa has played 1198 mins. So not an excuse
English

@theberneese You need to tell us if 90 minutes at the Bernabeu is really that big of a deal
English
