Adobe peeps: I don’t know what we did but Premiere when we hit play it takes over 10 seconds to begin playing. We’ve tried updating, restarting (computer and premiere), and a variety of other settings changes and can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong. Anyone have any solution ideas?

If I don't have graphql around, I get around this by flagrantly ignoring RESTful principles and just building an endpoint that gives you giant purpose built blobs of JSON that have the data I need, and no more. Cargo culted architectural purity rarely survives when the real world smacks it in the face.
