@MattyDanner Something that R&S did a lot was those poses that didn't match the one from the previous cut. Man's best friend has a lot of those jump cuts. You had one where George is relaxed pointing at R&S and in the next jump cut he is in a rigid pose boiling from anger. Hilarious stuff!!

The amount of jump cuts in this is staggering. Still love it tho. The butt bounce gets me every time

@AwooSusu You're in the right to decline a gig that offers a miserable rate.

This goes for any positions that do not state their rate anywhere public. I'm still new to this so I always feel like I'm doing something wrong when I ask for the rate, and feel awkward declining if the rate is not what I imagined 😭

Animators, when is the good time to ask for a studio/project's rate when you're applying to them? Studios, do you feel off when an applicant ask for rates in applications?

@RoboticCorey Got to work on an amazing project but sadly the payment was incredibly low, such a bummer I enjoyed working on it but I ended up leaving because of the low payment.

As someone who looks for work frequently, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be transparent with rates if youre on a small budget! Nothing is worse than when I join a project, get on boarded, sign all the paperwork and its revealed the "indie rate" is 20 bucks for a minute of animation

@MoiTionYT En producciones, es necesario para tener nocion del tiempo de los workprints que se muestran durante la producción, pero realmente no es tan necesario si eres una sola persona, aunque a mi me agrada ponerlo y tmb por si le muestro el workprint a un amigo mio.
