Today, I received a response from support that the information I provided was insufficient to prove that I am the account owner. I have just sent a new request with additional details about my account, and I hope this will help. Otherwise, I’m at a loss for what to do next. As I write this, my hands are shaking at the thought of possibly losing my account forever.
Throughout my gaming career, I have never broken any rules or attempted to bypass any restrictions. I have carefully reviewed Epic Games and Fortnite policies before taking any actions, both in-game and when accessing the launcher from different IP addresses (such as mobile networks or bootcamp). The account was created by me personally, and all the information provided is accurate.
Please help me with reposting this post, as I’ve been struggling with this issue for a week and have only received negative responses in the form of account activation refusals. Thank you all so much in advance! 🙏
