State and City of LA housing construction has been totally anemic, and it’s a significant driver of out of control housing costs which are boxing people out of owning a home. With SB 79, the State is right to encourage more housing, but it must be done with the full engagement and support of local officials and residents.

No purer vibe than letting someone in across traffic, getting a peace and responding with a peace acknowledgement.
