@yuzokoshiro I bought the Steam version and absolutely love it. For some reason I thought it came with a MD rom so I’m bummed there isn’t one BUT loving it on the Steam Deck. My only concern with a cart only version is that it’s limited and I hate FOMO marketing. I hope it’s easily obtainable

@HCGSHOW Awesome! It looks incredible! I’m gonna grab the Steam version just because I can’t wait to play it! I believe it also comes with a rom that I THINK can be loaded on an Everdrive and played on the Sega Genesis!! I’m gonna try it out!

@_ramapcsx2 The sound sounds good but it’s like there is a missing track in the mix. If you weren’t familiar with how specific songs sound, you’d think it was completely fine. FFVII I noticed in the intro it’s missing something. Could be reverb effect that is not properly working.

@roguevanian Hey, this is likely about the CDDA quality bug, isn't it? There is a problem with an xStation install, where CDDA data between the Decoder and SPU chip randomly drops or shifts out a bit, making the sound a bit more muffled. Is it that?

Hey @_ramapcsx2 I was just curious if any of those lifted pins for Xstation installs handle signals of audio? You ever have an issue where it seems in SOME audio a specific track of a stereo signal is lower? Just trying to see if maybe it’s the sound chip or pin lift issue.

@maximilian_ Glad you and your family are unaffected from the fires. It looks really scary out there from footage I’ve seen. My thoughts are with the many families affected.

We’re goin thru a lot in LA right now. Most internet services and power is out. The wind is starting to calm, but it could be a while until I’m back and able to stream. Outside of that, we’re mostly unaffected by the fires. Deepest sympathy to everyone else directly affected.

@GenePark @JNolan93_ I think this is all in the realm of possibility with these animations. I think the actual gameplay will just not be quite as fluid due to the nature of how fighting games play. After watching @maximilian_ react to this footage, I’m optimistic on release we could even see better!

@JNolan93_ this reminds me of when we saw combat for last of us 2. it wasn’t final gameplay but it was pretty darn close.

i joked that virtua fighter looks like the true tobal sequel but it’s true. the tobal series was made by an original VF designer who wanted to push realistic blocking animations. the genre largely abandoned that pursuit for decades until just recently

Guys. The Sega Saturn Saroo by @TZMWXdiyer is now at firmware version 0.7, this awesome new update allows you to access the console system memory and copy files back and forth to the virtualized memory card. Check this out!

@heyphilsummers I miss when you were doing physical copies and then your kickstarter had to be taken down. I was able to get your digital guides which weee fantastic! Wish we could get physical copies but I get the legal side…bummer!

Hey @Gusse__ I just installed a methylene kit in my PS2 Fat console. Port 2 works but I’m having issues with Port 1…I cut the leads as the directions say. Any reason why Port 1 won’t work wired or wireless?

@hawtry33670 @TakiUdon_ I figured that much. I have a couple MiSTers including a multisystem which has built in SDRAM as well. All good, I was just curious if anything else was missing. Thanks man!

Starting with batch 3, we will have a new MiSTER Pi revision that can support BGA SDRAM, or standard SDRAM. This will simply our production process, while also allowing us to continue offering our $99 option for people who only need the bare board. Samples will arrive soon.
