Zomato has become so exploitative. A dish which cost 345/- in their menu became 379/- after adding to cart because of 'platform fee' and GST. Ordered directly from the restaurant and it cost 252/- total 😲😱 (-127/-) I dont mind Zomato charging for the convenience but why extra platform fee if you are already overcharging.
