We’ve been sitting in the plane on the tarmac for over an hour. At this point why?! This is why I don’t fly @AmericanAir !

I’ve had my @AmericanAir flight delayed 4 times today, so far. Not we’re sitting on this tarmac for over 30 minutes and being told we’ll get an update on maintenance in 20 minutes. WTF?!!!
