ive always avoided cooking kurdish food bc when i cooked they never tasted as i like, like my mothers. then one day i accidentally overspilled oil and couldnt bother to put it back so i jus cooked it with so much oil AND THAT DISH TASTED EXACTLY LIKE MY MOTHERS 😭
