Seeing all these people think that taking their own lives is the answer is just super sad man. As someone who dealt with those thoughts and was chronically depressed.. im here to tell you there is a way out. Its not easy and words are just words.. but if you truly give yourself a chance, start speaking life into yourself, work on the things that are holding you back, possibly therapy as well,and surround yourself with people who really love you(if you can) … there is atleast a chance at getting better. If you are breathing rn and made it to another day, you truly have a chance to change everything. Sending love to those hurting.

this year i lost 100k in crypto (my entire portfolio) and racked up another 15k in debt irl (total 110k in debt via LOC, mortgage, and student loans AND my car is still a piece of shit garbage and i live with my parents) im literally in a worse position than i was before i even got into this space 4 years ago lol i genuinely have so much hate for how i’ve experienced this space fuck everything
