SpeedyTurtle was founded to create the trading experience we wished existed. Thank you to everyone who signed up and supported SpeedyTurtle this week. We are collecting valuable feedback and improving the platform every single day. Your early support means a lot to us. We will not forget the people who believed in SpeedyTurtle from the beginning.

The benchmark result matters, but for us, the process behind it matters even more. When we review benchmark data, we do not only focus on the median, the win rate, or the strongest parts of the chart. We focus heavily on the exceptions. One transaction in the benchmark, Transaction #16, is a good example. It landed further behind target than we expect from SpeedyTurtle, so it becomes a review case for the team. For cases like this, we look at the full execution chain: Detection Strategy trigger Transaction construction Routing Infrastructure provider Submission path Validator / network conditions The question is simple: Where did the delay come from, and what can we improve? Sometimes the answer is inside our system. Sometimes it is infrastructure, routing, provider behavior, or network conditions. But every case gives us useful information. This is the standard we want to hold ourselves to: Measure performance honestly. Investigate the weak points. Improve the system continuously.

Benchmark: Trojan vs SpeedyTurtle We measured CopyTrade strategy landing performance by comparing how far behind target each platform landed during execution. Lower is better. Results from this sample: SpeedyTurtle median landing index: 301 Trojan median landing index: 1,277 SpeedyTurtle landed closer to target in 97 of 99 measured cases, approximately 98%. In this benchmark, SpeedyTurtle showed tighter execution consistency, fewer large misses, and stronger landing performance across the sample. Detailed methodology is linked below. Why this matters: In fast Solana markets, execution speed is not just a technical metric. Landing closer to target can mean a better entry, less chasing, and fewer missed opportunities. We highly respect the Trojan team and everyone building in this space. We intend to cover most leading Solana trading platforms. Our goal with this benchmark series is simple: bring more transparency to execution quality. Full benchmark details below.

Just to reiterate an important point for us: We have deep respect for the teams building on Solana. This ecosystem moves forward because serious builders are working on infrastructure, trading, execution, wallets, data, and user experience from many different angles. Everyone building in this space is pushing the ecosystem forward in their own way. We are all part of the same broader mission: making Solana faster, more useful, and more accessible for traders and users. Our benchmark series is about transparency, execution quality, and helping users better understand how different tools perform under real conditions. We will do our best to be factual, consistent, and fair in how we present the data. Where SpeedyTurtle performs well, we will show it. Where we need to improve, we will acknowledge it and keep working. And wherever we can meaningfully support other teams and projects in the Solana ecosystem, we will.

SpeedyTurtle is now live. We are opening a limited early tester program for Solana traders who want to try the platform and give direct feedback. Selected users will receive complimentary access to the Ultra tier during the beta. If you actively trade on Solana and want access, DM me. We will onboard a limited number of users manually.

SpeedyTurtle public beta is live today. This has been a long build, and we are excited to finally open the platform to real users. We are starting with the core trading experience: onboarding, deposits, and execution on Solana. It is still early, but the engine is live, and now the real feedback loop begins. Thank you to everyone who helped us get here.

We chose Telegram first for a simple reason: speed of feedback. For this beta, we care less about polished distribution and more about real usage. We want people to try it, be honest with us, and tell what feels fast, what feels rough, and what needs to be fixed first. The feedback is highly appreciated.

Ondo Finance
Ondo Finance@OndoFinance·
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Nathan Allman, Ondo's founder. Our hearts are with his family and loved ones. Nate’s brilliance, humility, and drive shaped every part of what Ondo is today. His belief in the power of technology to create a more open, accessible financial system lives on in everything we build. The impact he had on this industry, and on all of us personally, cannot be overstated. Nate also helped us build a durable organization with experienced leaders across all facets of the business. Ian De Bode, Ondo Finance’s longtime President, will serve as CEO. Ian has been leading our strategy, product, and day-to-day operations for over two years and has the full confidence of the leadership team. We will continue building what Nate started. That is the most meaningful way we know to honor him.

Big week. We are opening the Speedy Engine limited beta this Friday. Speedy Engine is our low-latency Solana trading engine, starting with support for Pump fun / PumpSwap trading. This is Phase 1 of the rollout, not the finish line. We are starting with Telegram first so we can move fast, collect feedback quickly, and keep most of the focus on the engine. The engine is already showing good speed, but there is still more to do. Latency remains one of our biggest areas of focus. Excited to get real users in and start tightening the system in public.

Today we’re launching a new series: Solana Explained for Traders. A short series on the infrastructure concepts that shape execution on Solana. Not theory. Not generic definitions. Only the parts that matter when a trade needs to land. #1: Priority Fees On Solana, every transaction pays a base fee. When the network is busy, traders can add a priority fee to improve the chance their transaction is processed sooner. That fee is tied to compute units: - how much work the transaction needs, - and how much the sender is willing to pay for that work. Why does this matter? Because finding an opportunity is only step one. The transaction still has to reach the chain, be processed, and land under the conditions the trader expected. Submission is not the outcome. Execution is.

Happy to be building at this depth again. Feels great. It’s kind of insane to realize we’re chasing microseconds across infrastructure and hardware. The bar of speed is just next level nowadays.

While reviewing the product roadmap with the team last night, I realized that in some cases Solana trading has been gamified too much. The trading environment can start to feel more like a video game than a serious activity where people are trying to improve their financial outcomes. I completely understand incentives and motivation to help people get started and stay engaged. But when incentives are not balanced, they can create the wrong habits. It is like coming to the gym, doing one push-up, and getting an entire pie for it. Over time, you may start coming to the gym for the pie, not to become fit and healthy. We will try to find the right balance: motivating people while helping them build healthier trading habits, more discipline, and better risk awareness. The ultimate objective is to help people, not to generate activity that may work against them over time. Even if that means leaving some volume on the table. We have to do what is right.
