One of my favorite dishes to prepare is a classic roasted chicken, a timeless recipe that never fails to impress. To start, I select a plump and juicy chicken from the market, ensuring it's fresh and of high quality. After thoroughly cleaning and patting it dry, I generously season the bird inside and out with a blend of herbs and spices. My go-to combination includes garlic powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Next comes the preparation of the roasting pan. I line it with aromatic vegetables such as onions, carrots, and celery, creating a flavorful bed for the chicken to rest on. Then, I place the seasoned chicken on top, tucking the wings underneath and tying the legs together with kitchen twine for even cooking. Before placing it in the oven, I drizzle the chicken with olive oil to ensure crispy skin and succulent meat. Then, I roast it at a moderate temperature, allowing the heat to penetrate slowly and evenly, resulting in juicy, tender perfection. Throughout the cooking process, I baste the chicken occasionally with its own juices, enhancing the flavor and keeping it moist. After sharing the steak recipe, I want to add a sauce recipe to combine with the steak to create an even more perfect meal! Steak sauce recipe: Ingredient: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons tomato sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2-3 minced garlic cloves 1/2 cup of water Pepper, mixed spices Instruct: Mix soy sauce, ketchup, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and water in a small bowl. Heat the sauce over low heat until it boils, then reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit. Add pepper and mixed spices to the sauce, mix well and season if necessary. When the steak is fried, pour the sauce on top and enjoy with beef and other side dishes. My business trip to France was truly a wonderful culinary experience. The variety in preparation and combination of ingredients makes each sandwich a separate work of culinary art. Next is one of the culinary symbols of France - seafood dishes. I have enjoyed fresh seafood at local restaurants and markets, and they are truly excellent. From oysters, scallops, lobster to salmon, each dish is delicately and deliciously prepared, combined with unique French sauces and spices. Finally, it is impossible not to mention French wine.
