Petr "Weiss" from RDK is teaching on the BA certificate program in "Russian studies" newly opened at the International Relations department at Kyiv-Mohyla, in cooperation with HUR military intelligence. He is teaching "Russian soft power" this term and will teach "Russian identity" — "with his own [ethnofascist] perspective" — next term. I will probably never be able to teach again at the university to which I was connected for 16 years — as a student and as a lecturer — but a Russian Nazi can.

An ideologist of Russian Volunteer Corps Petr “Weiss” Bakumov is now teaching at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. A native of St Petersburg, he has PhD from CU Bremen and wrote a book on the ideology of Swiss national-socialists. In his own programmatic articles for RVC, he argues that ethnic Russians in Russia are being deprived of political and cultural representation while being victimised by ethnic, specifically Muslim, organised crime. He wants to turn “Homo Soveticus” into “Homo Etnicus” and claims that Putin is not at all a fascist, but indeed an antifascist as he portrays himself. For Bakumov antifascism is a decadent left-wing ideology and Putin is a direct heir of antifascist Bolsheviks. RVC draws inspiration from Gen. Vlasov’s army that fought on Hitler’s side in the WWII and uses Spayka, a symbol of Russian fascists from the 1930s, as its symbol today.
