apple oatmeal once again,, i don't know what it is but somehow having the apples in the oatmeal makes it so much more satiating ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ
does ANYONE PLEASE have any ideas what can i do to start losing weight? i eat omads 800-1000 cals and my weight is stuck. god, it even went UP. i must say that i am eating junk, but its still within the 1k cal. what can i do better? please.
@lyly40488 im terrified for you.. I sometimes mail my assignments to teachers right after the deadline saying the upload didn’t work just to give me extra 10 mins
@livsined tbf its worked for me and again I had 0 side effects.. I reckon it's best to js see if u get ur period or not, after the first 40 hours you kinda stop worrying as well.
