Okay so I think I’m actually just not going to count calories today. I have a really big performance and I need the strength; even though I’m sad to mess up halfway throught the diet.

if yall could only eat one food your the rest of your life what would it be. yes you can say some variation of "_ bowl" or sandwiches and in fact is encouraged so you're not stuck eating chicken by itself for every single meal. seasoning allowed

Okay but the lose a stone 10 day diet might actually be real like I’m on day 5 and so far I’ve lost 3 kgs which is wild to me Tbf lots of it is most likely water weight but still holy cow

Broke my ~60h fast with 4 boiled egg whites! They are so yummy omg and also ~70 cals if I’m correct :3

OH MY GOD I just got back from school and weighed myself again 56.4 I’M OFFICIALLY UNDER BMI 20

And he was telling me he just wants me to be honest with him but the whole reason why I didn’t tell him about this is bcs I knew he wouldn’t understand and I would just be a burden. I love him so much and I hate that I’m hurting him but I just can’t stop.

Bf clocked that smth is wrong and I lowk lashed out at him bcs he was saying shit like “so you’re just going to do nothing?” and “how is this helping your recovery” and I got so triggered bcs I’m actually losing weight for the first time and getting closer to MY goal, not his.

#edtwt what bmi do I look like? I lowk have no idea, I can literally feel my body dysmorphia coming in waves when I’m looking at the mirror like sometimes I see that I’m average and then I just randomly see myself as obese

I made breakfast! Can’t wait to break my ~60 hour fast I feel SO SICK it’s not even funny. Also I was so paranoid about getting the yolk mixed with the whites I literally washed the whites in the sink😭 AND I hate wasting food but have no idea what to do with the yolks😔
