@SMTicketmaster So sorry, I need more clarification: She will only be accompanying/dropping me off at the venue. If she presents the tickets from her Ticketmaster account at entry, will I still be allowed to enter even though she won’t be watching the event herself? Thank you!

@ronalennn Hi there! When entering the event, the original ticket purchaser will need to present the tickets from their Ticketmaster Account. They can be found under My Account.

@pshdiarie @livenationph If you've been gifted tickets from a friend or family member, you'll need to enter the event with them as they're the original ticket purchaser. Screenshots or screen recordings of tickets will not be granted entry into the event.

Any fan can sign up to request tickets between April 13th and April 14th. After submitting, if your request can be fulfilled, your credit card will automatically be charged and you’ll get an email from Ticketmaster with further instructions.
