@Ottostadt Aus Mangel an Alternativen drückt ein Fußgänger die Fußgängerampel und kriegt Grün. Geht los. Die Autos auf der Gegenspur haben aber kein Rot gekriegt, weil die Ampel ja gar nicht in ihre Richtung zeigt. Der Fußgänger, den ich gesehen habe, ist einfach gegangen (hatte ja Grün).

Puh, liebe @Ottostadt, mir geht gerade noch richtig die Pumpe. Meines Erachtens nach wurde beim Aufbau der Baustelle an der Fußgängerampel Kreuzung Erzbergstr/Virchowstr eine extrem gefährliche (weil unübersichtliche) Situation für Fußgänger*innen geschaffen.

Very excited to start the work on this interdisciplinary project with my wonderful colleagues Esther Jose and @wouterlammers who I met at the Landau Summer School on Rationality last year. We will study how policymakers form their opinions on wildfire prevention measures.

Thanks to my co-authors Emily Bauske and Florian G. Kaiser from @BehPsyOvGU as well as our amazing colleagues from project @Co2Preis. The project ends this month, but we still have loads of studies to write about, so stay tuned! /end

Furthermore, we tested whether people from urban/rural and affluent/less affluent regions differ in their preferences for carbon taxes. To sum it up, we learned that Germans in all our focus regions are not really into carbon taxation (to say the least). /2
