Andy and Mick from @WildlifeTrusts installing bird boxes @EnvilleGolf. These boxes are to encourage Redstarts and Nuthatch to nest which have been spotted in the area. These boxes are on mature trees mainly on 1-9 of Highgate. #wildlife. #golf. #greenkeeping.

During a renovation at Golf Club De Geneve in Switzerland, staff were able to naturalise their stream and create a 3,500m2 pond. The new feature acts as a biotope, while a small pond was also added. #ForSustainableGolf

This #WildlifeWednesday, let's appreciate some of the fantastic birdlife that make golf courses their home. These two were spotted at GEO Certified @JumeirahGolfEst, who count around 40 species of bird on their courses, some of which are considered vulnerable.
