This screenshot is something that you said - that your assets were made to replicate ours. This is all I reached out to you for, was to please change that. Different vfx, colouring on all assets that are replicated. This isn’t me suggesting that you’ve copied, this is you saying that you have done. Changing the VFX and colouring of all replicated assets would not take you long! If you however don’t want to do that, I wish you good luck on your template venture!

Just had a guy slide in my DMs claiming we stole his lasso. (Owner of Catch and Tame btw 🤡) He told me to remove it or he'd DMCA the whole template. I asked which assets since I was very confused as we did not do such a thing, he said the lassos. The LASSOS. So i told him everything was custom built with source files and timestamps to prove it. He said "they're identical" then hit me with "it doesn't take long to DMCA" as if that was supposed to scare me. 😂🤣 Had to break it down for him -- you can't copyright a lasso, independent creation is a complete legal defense, a bad faith DMCA makes YOU liable under federal law, AND Roblox's own TOS can get your account banned for false claims. His response? "you can't copy Naruto and say you drew it by hand" …Bro compared his lasso to Naruto. A rope. With a loop on it. Ended with "guess we'll see!" and told me to make an original game. @vortbloxian No one forced Twoket to keep the “stolen” game, he confirmed that the issue was resolved, I didn’t profited of any the stolen assets since I gave the money to the persons that owned the assets and then removed the infringing work. So I didn’t made any money off that.

@roonaro_ Roon you literally stole our assets from our games and then sold them to twoket, twoket had no idea that the file and assets were stolen. Im not sure how this is making twoket look bad when you literally stole and sold our assets without permission to do so.
