Faced a networking issue on VirtualBox yesterday. Had a .vmx lying around, so thought—let’s try VMWare. Turns out installing VMWare today is more complicated than the actual issue I was trying to fix. Still waiting for verification. Fixed it on VirtualBox in the meantime.
