Healthy habits done with consistency have a compounding effect over time. Even the smallest changes can make a huge difference. Lemon water, dry brushing, cutting canola oil…there are sooo many small things that 🚀 your health #healhyhabits #rootcauses

As a Lyme Disease Sufferer, have healthcare professionals made you feel like you were exaggerating your debilitating symptoms, when really you were often downplaying them so that you would be taken seriously? Lyme Disease Awareness Month

@Bored1Lina That's fantastic! I wish more people would understand that even if you're healthy, it can still make you feel even better!

@TheDYGway Yes, I am. And it also made me feel better. I am more or less healthy, but I could still feel a significant difference 💚

@NicoleLexiDavis Thank you! I was so sick for so long that the smallest improvement gave me a ton of hope. One of my biggest problems was my tendency to get so excited by feeling good I would sprint and overdo it..Bad yoyo effect. Once I got over the hump, exercise always helped a lot mentally.

@Bored1Lina Do you follow a plant based diet or thinking about it?

@Bored1Lina Plus it really changed my diet to focus more on nutrient dense foods which I wasn’t eating enough of before. Energy improved, mood improved, symptoms lowered, less toxic burden and stress on my detox Organs which is KEY

@Bored1Lina Going plant based had a massive impact with lowering my inflammation levels and Lyme is really an inflammatory disease...a few years in I tested eating a small bit of fish and I would flair up immediately. Fixed my gut too, which is really key to fighting this disease!

@ashleyrosesacks I eat SOOO much of it :) do you cut it and let it sit for 45 minutes before cooking to let all of the beneficial properties come out?!
