@MrLarsX Fakt ist: Man wird im Leben immer Arschlöchern begegnen und manchmal ist es das Klügste, sie zu meiden. Wenn das mit den 3 Asozialen andauert: Klasse oder gar Schule wechseln.

Meine Cousine weiß nicht, was sie ihrem Sohn beibringen soll. Und ich auch nicht. Er kommt seit Monaten verändert aus der Schule. Letzte Woche war es die aufgeplatzte Lippe. Shirt zerrissen. Er hat nichts gesagt. Hat sich einfach in sein Zimmer verzogen. Drei Jungen aus seiner Klasse. Immer dieselben. Meine Cousine hat die Lehrerin angerufen. Zweimal. Dann den Rektor. Der hat gesagt, man beobachte die Situation. Das Kinder in dem Alter Konflikte manchmal so austragen. Das man das im Blick habe. Seitdem hat sich nichts geändert. Sie haben auch mit den Eltern der drei Jungen gesprochen. Die eine Mutter hat gesagt, ihr Sohn würde so etwas nie tun. Die andere hat gesagt, vielleicht provoziere er ja selbst. Der dritte Vater hat einfach aufgelegt. Ihr Mann hat die ganze Zeit geschwiegen. Hat es seiner Frau überlassen. Die Gespräche, die Anrufe, die Elternabende. Letzte Woche ist ihm der Kragen geplatzt. Er hat seinen Sohn angeschaut und gesagt: „Hör mir zu. Wenn jemand dich haut, haust du zurück. Du hörst erst auf, wenn er aufhört.“ Seitdem streiten sie. Sie sagt, Gewalt erzeugt Gewalt. Sie wollen nicht, dass ihr Sohn jemand wird, der zurückschlägt. Die Schule, die Lehrer, das Gespräch, das muss irgendwann wirken. Er sagt, er will auch keine Gewalt. Aber er will nicht, dass sein Sohn jeden Morgen mit Bauchschmerzen aufwacht. Dass er lernt, dass Wegducken hilft. Das er irgendwann aufhört, sich selbst zu vertrauen. Er schläft seit Wochen schlecht. Will morgens nicht aufstehen. Hat aufgehört, nach der Schule mit Freunden zu spielen. Seine Mutter sagt, er fragt manchmal abends, warum die anderen ihn nicht mögen. Ob er irgendwas falsch macht. Mit neun Jahren. Sie haben mich letzte Woche beide gefragt, was ich denke. Ich habe selbst keine Kinder. Ich weiß nicht, wie sich das anfühlt, wenn dein Kind verletzt nach Hause kommt und die Schule die Schultern zuckt. Ich weiß nur, dass beide aus Liebe argumentieren. Und dass der Junge in der Mitte steht.

Today @tempo & @stripe released MPP. A new Agent Payment Standard. I wanted to know how this compares to x402 and how we can use it in @MasumiNetwork. So I spoke to my project manager agent Elena, who then started 4 different tasks for me: 3 separate research tasks by my research Agent Hannah and 1 consolidation task where my Dashboard Agent Alex creates a nice clear dashboard / presentation for the results. The agents then started working on those tasks and coordinating their work autonomously in the background via our Task Board. If they need more clarification from me, they simply send me an email. Oh and of course I paid them for their work using @USDC and @USDMOfficial. This is not some future vision. This is live, today on @Sokosumi.

shit is gonna get really crazy when tokens per second gets cranked. i spend more time waiting for LLMs to complete work than i ever did waiting for a compiler. imagine claude doing everything it's doing after a prompt but in <5s.

@Sprawl__Network @levelsio It's usually best to only allow SSH logins from IPs you trust. But that's not a hard requirement. The hard requirement is to use key authentication only! Never password auth! As far as I understood Pieter, he's using Tailscale because he's on the move often.

@rootkid @levelsio set up SSH port knocking on your VPS. You dont need Tailscale, because if it goes down or gets hacked you could be in serious trouble.

When I set up a new Hetzner VPS first thing I do install Tailscale and once I'm in via Tailscale lock down the firewall to only accept web traffic on HTTPS 443 for Cloudflare IPs and SSH 22 for Tailscale IP That way nobody can get in I know I keep repeating this but it should be basics of setting up a new VPS So basic IMHO it should be part of any VPS service to default install Tailscale and enable it so it's the only way to get in Why? A VPS server is just like your laptop or destop computer but now imagine if it's connected to the entire internet with 8 billion people that can access it and try hack it You want to only have it accessible to you And if you want to host a website on your VPS (like I do), you should only let Cloudflare access your VPS so it can stand in front and block any hack attempts Never expose a VPS to the world wide web which realistically is the world WILD web

@levelsio "You" ➡️ IP your Internet provider assigns you; not your servers IPs. If you had a static IP I'd like to know why you prefer Tailscale over just adding e.g. your company IP to the firewalls SSH whitelist.
