@adamtirapelle @roper165 U know ur a great coach when ur getting asked advice from one of the greatest assistant coaches & technique genius out there. Big ego boost to Adam and also shows what a great coach Lee is by seeking out what others see. So eye opening!!

Tie breakers coach. 30 seconds on bottom, 30 seconds on top. I'm sure you do them but I think until you do them you don't realize there's a whole different set of strategies for riding for 30 seconds and getting away in 30 seconds. Plus I think this makes for much better period starts from top and bottom, where you learn what things can get away or keep a guy down in a short time.

Coach coming at me with hard ones! With the way the rules are now, defense is favored heavily. I wish it weren't this way but until they change some of the dynamics and interpretations with out-of-bounds,stalemate, control, you're going to have a hard time just flat out-wrestling the best. I feel like these areas you get the most bang for your buck and why you see guys sliding into all-American honors from lower seeds. Most of the time in my opinion, they have some combination of these things going for them.
