กรณีเหตุการณ์นักท่องเที่ยวหญิงชาวจีนเกิดการกระทบกระทั่งกับเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยภายในงานแฟนมีต หลังมีประเด็นเรื่องการไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎกติกาที่ผู้จัดงานกำหนด กลายเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ได้รับความสนใจและถูกพูดถึงอย่างกว้างขวาง
นายสุรศักดิ์ พันธ์เจริญวรกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา เปิดเผยว่า กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจต่อเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว และได้มีการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงที่เกิดขึ้นแล้ว
รัฐมนตรีมองว่า เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวควรเรียกว่าเป็น “การกระทบกระทั่งโดยบุคคลที่ไม่ได้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ” มากกว่า พร้อมระบุว่า หากคนไทยเดินทางไปต่างประเทศแล้วฝ่าฝืนกฎระเบียบหรือความเรียบร้อยภายในงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ของประเทศนั้นก็คงต้องดำเนินการตามกฎเช่นเดียวกัน
พร้อมยืนยันว่า เหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ไม่น่าจะส่งผลกระทบต่อภาพลักษณ์ด้านการท่องเที่ยวระหว่างไทยและจีน เนื่องจากไม่ได้เกิดจากการเลือกปฏิบัติต่อนักท่องเที่ยวตามสัญชาติ และประเทศไทยไม่มีนโยบายเลือกปฏิบัติต่อนักท่องเที่ยวชาติใด
“เราพร้อมต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวทุกคน ทุกชาติ ที่มาแล้วเคารพกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบความเรียบร้อย รวมถึงวัฒนธรรมของไทย”
อย่างไรก็ตาม ไทยไม่ยินดีต้อนรับผู้ที่เดินทางเข้ามาแล้วสร้างความเสียหาย รบกวนผู้อื่น หรือมีพฤติกรรมดูถูกเหยียดหยามคนไทยและประเทศไทย
นายสุรศักดิ์ยังย้ำถึงจุดยืนในการปกป้องคนไทย หากข้อเท็จจริงปรากฏว่าคนไทยไม่ได้เป็นฝ่ายกระทำผิด โดยรัฐบาลจะไม่ผ่อนปรนให้กับผู้กระทำผิด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวจากชาติใดก็ตาม
พร้อมทิ้งท้ายด้วยข้อความชัดเจนว่า
“เงินที่นักท่องเที่ยวใช้จ่ายอาจซื้อสินค้าและงานบริการของเราได้ แต่ไม่สามารถซื้ออภิสิทธิ์เหนือคนไทยได้”
เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวจึงถูกมองว่าเป็นปัญหาจากพฤติกรรมของบุคคล ไม่ใช่ความขัดแย้งระหว่างคนไทยและคนจีน พร้อมย้ำหลักการว่า นักท่องเที่ยวทุกสัญชาติได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างเท่าเทียม แต่ทุกคนต้องเคารพกฎหมาย กฎระเบียบ และผู้อื่นเช่นเดียวกัน

In light of GMMTV's handling of the incident on July 25, we believe that the measures announced did not meet our expectations for a comprehensive, objective, and fair resolution. After thorough internal discussions and careful consideration, we have decided to make the following announcement:
Effective immediately, all content updates across our accounts, the preparation of fan support projects, and all onsite activities will be suspended until further notice.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has followed, supported, and accompanied us throughout the years.
Regarding the fan support projects that have already been launched or are currently in the preparation stage: These projects have already entered into legally binding cooperation agreements. Due to contractual obligations and the current stage of project execution, refunds cannot be processed. After extensive communication and consultation with our project partners, we have decided to terminate all signed but incomplete support projects and will properly handle all remaining follow-up matters.

Gente, eu tô vendo muita informação sobre o boicote aos FMs na China e várias opiniões sobre o motivo de o pessoal estar denunciando. Então, vou esclarecer algumas coisinhas para vocês:
* Não é só a GMM que tem artistas que iam à China fazer FMs utilizando visto de turista. Existem vários outros artistas (homens e mulheres, de outras empresas) que também utilizam. Essa prática é muito "comum".
* A divulgação do local e de outras informações muitas vezes ficava "guardada", porque os fãs ajudavam a manter tudo o mais silencioso possível.
* Toda vez que você realiza atividades comerciais em um país, precisa pagar impostos. E esses FMs acabavam, de certa forma, escapando de algumas dessas taxas.
* Essa forma mais sigilosa fazia com que os FMs acontecessem em locais que nem sempre tinham estrutura adequada, o que levava à desorganização. Dependendo do lugar, isso também trazia problemas de segurança, uma das maiores reclamações dos chineses.
* As pessoas envolvidas na organização desses FMs nem sempre eram confiáveis ou faziam tudo de maneira organizada. Para vocês terem uma ideia, eu postei aqui toda a dor de cabeça que as FayMay tiveram. O local era extremamente quente, houve problemas com o transporte delas, com a alimentação e ainda estavam vendendo os benefícios delas na fila de entrada, como se fosse ingresso de circo. Tudo isso foi relatado pelas pessoas presentes no evento e gerou bastante revolta na fanbase delas(@princenicolax). No dia seguinte ao evento, a empresa das meninas anunciou que iria tomar medidas legais por causa desses acontecimentos.
* Existem algumas cidades onde o sistema funciona de forma legal e alguns artistas cumprem todos os requisitos. Mas, nesse modo de operação, tem MUITA atriz de quem gostamos envolvida, porque isso acabou se tornando algo comum por lá.
**O ponto principal**
Na minha opinião, os chineses já estavam cansados e preocupados com eventos sendo realizados dessa maneira. Já existe um histórico de problemas de segurança, além de relatos de brigas e transtornos (citei o caso das FayMay, mas houve outros episódios também). Só que esse vídeo foi, basicamente, a gota d'água, como a gente costuma dizer aqui no Brasil.
"Ah, Marya, eles estão denunciando só os artistas da GMM."
Sim, porque os problemas aconteceram com essa empresa. Já os demais artistas, que eles acreditam estar tratando eles com respeito, eles vão continuar apoiando. Isso é uma escolha deles enquanto público.
Particularmente, eu acho que eles estão sendo bem unidos e coerentes dessa forma.
E eu estou falando apenas da questão do visto e da organização por trás dos eventos. Ainda nem entrei no mérito dos valores absurdos que estão sendo cobrados nos FMs, nem dos relatos de aumentos significativos nos preços nos últimos meses. Que é outra reclamação deles.
Do jeito que a situação estava, era questão de tempo até acontecer algo negativo, seja para os fãs ou para as artistas. Quem acompanha esse mercado sabe muito bem disso.
