@sephius1999 Congratulations! I had weight loss surgery in 2019 and lost about 110 pounds. No longer pre-diabetic or borderline high blood pressure. My dad had full-blown diabetes and high BP when he died, even though he took care of himself. Don't let anyone shame you for taking meds.

I am so proud of my self...I am down to 250lbs from 380lbs. ...that's 130 lbs in 2 years Thank god for these GLP-1 drug bcuz I have struggle with my blood pressure, weight and a1c my whole life. ALL those metrics are now where my doctors want them to be 😎🥳
