Remember prior context as well, coa is too shallow to damage kaido. To deal lasting damage you need coc haki. Zoro’s atk was lasting hence he used acoc.

@_AleX_BT No he didn’t. Not a single atk was stronger than paradise totsuka pre acoc. You can use your full power atk regardless of your condition, we see that with Luffy and kaido with their final clash. Only atk that may be on paradise totsuka lvl is 103 mercies which is his pinnacle

@roronuffy3 Zoro, even pre-ACoC, already had AP comparable to Oden. When he scarred Kaido, he was half dead, and still pulled off that feat using just ACoA, something Oden did with ACoC. Now take Elbaf Zoro, who has CoC + ACoC + ACoA and Ashura. He was clashing equally and even blitzed kaido

@_AleX_BT Name one feat Zoro did that oden can’t do. Paradise totsuka did more damage than ashura when they both faced kaido. Paradise totsuka outscales most KOH atks. Only atk that may be stronger than paradise totsuka is Dragon Damnation but even that’s questionable
