Lactoferrin reduced belly fat in 8 weeks. No diet change. No exercise change. Double-blind. Placebo-controlled. CT-scan verified. (PMID: 20691130) 300mg daily. Overweight adults. The placebo group GAINED weight. The lactoferrin group lost it. → Visceral fat dropped 8x more than placebo → Waist shrunk → Weight dropped → No adverse effects Your fat cells produce a protein called perilipin. It coats every fat droplet like armor. As long as it’s there, your body can’t break the fat down. Every deficit. Every workout. Every clean meal. Hitting the same wall. Lactoferrin removes the armor. And stops your body from building new fat cells. One catch — stomach acid destroys it. The study used enteric-coated lactoferrin that bypasses the stomach intact. Regular lactoferrin supplements get degraded before they do anything. Comment “GUT” for the exact enteric-coated source that matches the study protocol ↓ One small trial. Promising but early. Not medical advice.

If one of these bid £30m for Bowen (if relegated), offering European footy, do you think he'd go?

I slated the careful what you wish for brigade. I was wrong. We foolishly trusted the crooks in charge to properly replace Moyes and kick on. The truth is now clear to see, Moyes was doing wonders with us. I and many others got it wrong. Now that karma is biting us.

Just read something from a financial expert that the most likely scenario of relegation would be Kretinsky buying all of Sullivan and Gold's shares, along with us selling our most sellable (younger) assets first before deciding on Bowen (age etc). Fernandes, Summerville, Diouf, and players like Mavropanos, Todibo etc get us over £100m, so if nobody is desperate to pay over £30m for Bowen, he stays, right? Also probably gotta be selfish and hope he doesn't get picked for the World Cup. I'm actually not too fussed if that's the case. Plus three games a week, no moping about after a bad result as you have another game in three/four days. No VAR. A years sabbatical, then back to the PL,

In 2021, Křetínský established the Czech-based investment vehicle 1890 Holdings on the J&T investment platform. A 2022 Czech court document claims that 50.1% of 1890 Holdings is owned by ACSP Holding Limited, a Cypriot company reportedly 100% controlled by Křetínský. A further 24.9% is held by EP Sport Holdings, a Czech entity ultimately owned by EP Investment Sarl, also linked to Křetínský as the beneficial owner. The remaining 25% stake is reportedly held by J&T Capital Partners, a part of the J&T Finance Group. J&T Finance Group SE itself is primarily owned by its founders, Jozef Tkáč (45.05%) and Ivan Jakabovič (35.15%), with smaller stakes held by Rainbow Wisdom (a CITIC Chinese subsidiary) and senior managers Štěpán Ašer and Igor Kováč.

We have to stay positive. 3 losses in 13. Defense looks solid. Fa Cup quarter final and then a home game against Wolves. Summerville back after international break. Let’s stay together⚒️❤️

“With Tom Lynagh nowhere to be seen so far this season, Ben Donaldson's Western Force struggling and Tane Edmed's first start of the season a near-disaster in Fiji, it's Carter Gordon first and daylight second when it comes to the Wallabies No. 10 jersey.” Agree with this but Joe said he wants a goal kicking 10 🤔 espn.com.au/rugby/story/_/…

Any Conservative supporters on here. Can you explain why you are sticking with them? Are you happy with the debt level they built up, the high levels of taxation, the mass uncontrolled immigration, Net Zero that they signed off? Genuinely I am perplexed as to why you are holding on? TBH logically you are LibDems so why are you still backing the Tories?
