Derry & Strabane had lowest rate of housing allocations last year 590 homes allocated, while 6,495 people wait patiently for an offer 9.1% of applicants got housed, compared to NI average of 11.5% - Mid & East Antrim and Lisburn & Castlereagh got 17.1% and 16.9% ⁉️
