@c2c_Rail what going on with your app. It’s impossible to check for upcoming trains, I constantly get pop up ‘You’ve been away for a while’ Restating the app doesn’t help.

@c2c_Rail This train should be stopping in Basildon, but very often it is not. Sometimes the driver announces that it’s not gonna be stopping in Basildon, but that doesn’t work for someone who has headphones on. But the main problem is why this is happening so often?
