i’m not saying it’s 100% gonna work, but it’s helped me and i can’t think of any thing else i’ve changed besides this

guys if ur struggling to lose weight even if ur restricting and exercising get ur blood work done to see if ur deficient in any vitamins!! i got an iron infusion, b12 shots, and vitamin D supplements and i’ve lost 4lbs in a couple days
