@thatorrchia thigh gaps are heavily based on bone structure :( if u have narrow hips you will have to weigh muchmuchmuch less to have a thigh gap. essentially the absence of a thigh gap doesn’t mean u haven’t made change or that u aren’t small. it’s just ur bones

@waferexic i weigh myself once a week cuz if u weigh urself everyday, you’ll actually weigh more some days depending on water retention or bowel movement and if i see the scale go higher i freak out and it triggers a binge. so once a week makes me feel like im actually making progress
