@lenathinz ty for the advice! im trying to get all my nutrients but bc i was prioritizing protein and fiber, i went low on fats and cut down carbs quite a bit compared to before, like no bread or pasta or rice etc for a while, and i lost it without even being that uw! so i was annoyed haha

@roslyakobites im v obsessed w macros bc of the gym so that might be it? i geta good amt of protein and fiber and healthy fats within my cal deficit but i don’t really care abt carbs, i notice when i really focus on my nutrients my body just functions sm better despite the heavy restriction

i’m at a really nice phase of my ed where i haven’t lost my period yet, but it is so light and painless and lasts so little that i get all the pros of a period (knowing im not pregnant) and none of the cons (heavy bleeding, cramps, nausea, etc) live love laugh💗💗💗

@honeyybambii its all about cico, if u burn enough cals u def can its just harder the more cals ur consuming. u can use losertown.org/eats/cal.php and it gives u an estimate, adjust activity level accordingly!
