Yesterday we held our Extra Time event for dads at @WatfordFC and it was incredible! We laughed, shared and supported. We were vulnerable. We spoke about identity, wellbeing & being present. It's where the change happens. These safe spaces are important 🩷 Happy #FathersDay!
