Rotary Family Health Days

As Rotary Clubs carry out Health Camps, it is expected that they provide any of the following MCH services; 1. Supporting Antenatal Care (ANC). 2. Support pregnant mothers with Mama Kits(Cotton, gloves, Soap, thin delivery mackintosh, surgical blades). #RFHD22

The main focus area for this @Rotary year is Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and as Rotary Clubs carry out the Health Camps/Clinics, there is need to focus MCH among other areas. #RFHD22

Maternal and Child Health is about the health of mothers, infants, children, and adolescents. @Rotary promotes the physical, mental and social well-being of people in communities and this includes the health of mothers and children. #RFHD22 [internet images]

The services include but not limited to child immunization, COVID-19 vaccination, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing, condom distribution, cancer screening-particularly for cervical, family planning and child nutrition services, general medical check-ups #RFHD22
