@PapaJoshFFB Yep, I've seen a lot of people come through in my 15+ years. They all come in strong but most of them fade pretty quickly when they figure out that there's a lot fo work wrapped up in the fun.

Speaking about content creation in general and podcasting specifically. I see so many people that want to be in the industry but arent' willing to put in the grind involved. If they don't make it in the first 6 months or so they abandon their goals. Here's the cold hard truth: It takes YEARS to build up a listener base. I have been doing my podcast for 5 years now and it's FINALLY at the point where I would call it "successful" from both a listenership standpoint and making enough money to not cost me money and in fact make a small amount of revenue. I have never once looked at it as a means of income. So many twitch streamers, podcasters and social media content creators go into it thinking it's their "dream job" and while dreaming is great, approaching ANY content creation with the goal of making money is doomed to failure. You do it because you love it. You do it because you're passionate about it and you love the process of creation. You can't approach it with numbers in mind, because it is EXTREMELY rare for a new podcast or streamer to take off. It requires years of hard work, consistency, refining your product, and honestly just plain stubborness in refusing to quit to see results. So yes, while anyone with a mic can start a podcast, very few are willing to put in the time and effort needed to actually see it succeed and that's only success on a moderate scale. This doesn't even factor in that you actually need to be entertaining to other people and have a draw that keeps people coming back. It's a rough journey, but the reward can be worth all the effort if you're willing to be patient.

@rotodaddy Hey! I've been playing fantasy sports for 14 years and I've surprisingly never done a 15-team mock draft, so I think I can provide a fresh view with my draft and probably reach for ruin the whole thing by reaching for Konnor Griffin out of hype lol
