Decanulated a patient last week (removed a tracheostomy breathing tube for my non medical friends)...first words out of his mouth were "thank you for looking after me". I keep thinking about it. It hits hard how happy that makes me feel.

@AirCanada really unimpressed with your customer service representatives at O'Hare. When asked a question, hold the customers eye contact and answer the question. Looking away and looking disinterested in the customers enquiry is frankly rude and not good enough.
